Can not learn skill bug

Bug Description :
today after maintenance im login and go to learn cataphract class skill ,that is the basic skill can make you wear 2h spear .and it give me a skill named “none…” and take 99mns to finish .the problem is i cannot press x to cancel it to learn another skill .and look like the "99mns"is not change until now ( more than 45mns).

Have you tried cancelling the process and re-learning it?

thank you very much . im tried press the tiny-black “x” button beside that skill to cancel but can’t .nothing happen . i can’t learn any skill from both swordman and cataphract master .

thank you .i just check it .everything is the same as last time .can’t cancel that skill and can’t lean another one T>T .

Im so sad ,this morning im wake up ,login game ,and everything is the same as last time .can’t cancel that attribute or learn new attributes .how can i play this game if i can’t learn new atribiutes ? im just a newbie ,reach to cataphract class 2 days ago ,but i love this game ,i almost buy tp pack to take penguin because i think its good for cataphract .but now i think i cancel it ,because i quit tree of savior ,just simple can’t move on when i stuck with this bug .sorry my english is not good .thanks for take care of this post ,ethan ,but you can stop ,im stop to play tree of savior .good bye .

Same problem here i keep sendign ticket they keep unlockign my learning skill lock but i cant learn any thing. and now i have the no skill allowed bug.
