Can i use tunneling programs without being banned?

If use tunneling programs like Pingzapper or WTFast, can i be banned from TOS?

My ping without these programs is 500-1000, and with 190-200…better

As long as steam allows the program you are using it is fine.

I think i got banned for using WTFAST.
Not sure yet.

But i’m 100% sure that i didn’t use a ■■■■■■■ bot.
