seriously though, character slots are really cheap here compared to most MMOs

Yes, however you only get five slots in your current lodge before having to buy a new lodge which currently cost 69 TP to acquire more character slots.
I would be fine if a “companion” takes a character slot as long as they have nothing to do with the class them self. If the pet/companion is required for skills then it makes having to pay for a extra character slot unfair because no point in taking such class if your at max character slots.
But think about it. Falconer with two companions can level both at the same time and raise the lodge level quite fast (yes, companions are people too). That’s why it’s not that bad.

You do if your want more then five characters my current lodge is already max and the only way to buy more character slots is buying a new lodge.
currently only have 4 slot and falcon do take up slot XD can summon both as well
I just want to clarify that I have nothing against buying character slots with TP. I am 100% fine with that. I just dislike having the companion take up a slot is all.
Until they start selling cosmetic pets in the cash shop. Then less people would buy them.
no you don’t, i bought 3 slots and haven’t bought a special lodge, it used to be that way, that was changed
Wouldnt it be better to separate the lodge into character and pet slots? keep 4 character slots and have 2/3 pet slots and both types of slots can be expanded with TP.
Nice idea. How about this: You have 0 companion slots by default, but getting a companion-class gives you one slot. Deleting the character would delete the slot. If you want a companion on a non-pet-class, you would need to buy extra slots because the slots are bound to the certain character.

Full of slot already and can’t get more slot it said “Reached the Maximum amount of character slot” Hell noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Having making a hunter falconer wasted me 66tp and now i cant reroll a new char cause of the lack of purchasable tp =p
Why you guys dont realize that companions are “equal” to your characters, so they count to increase your team level. Lets say, if you start from the beginning with your pet, when you get to lvl 200+ , ur pet gonna be like ~150. Its almost like lvling two characters at the same time. Of course its a good thing.

Pets are counted as ‘residents’ in your lodge. I’m a Hunter C3 -> Falconer C1 so I only have two slots for extra characters and…ehhh I’m fine with that, I even bought an extra slot
