It was there mainly for ME, to gain an additional attack skill.
Could C2 > P3 > Miko > PD2 be better as a magic cleric?
Could go cleric2dirvy3mikopd2. Dirvy was nerfed but still good utility and dmg when you include PD and Miko. Full INT or if you feel like you need some CON, then maybe 50 con. Plus, free teleport! 
Yeah if you want to keep miko then I would recommend going diev3 as well since sweep and clap synergize with statues.

Iām still running with DievMikoPD as my main. And sure, switching to ChapPD is really tempting, but I just couldnāt throw away my efforts doing the Miko gohei quest 
Anyway, laima at level 15 is awesome! Iām farming 315 HG with laima and mobs donāt move at all. Itās especially good after you kill red mobs and they just stay on spawn point and you watch as they get obliterated by Black Death Steam and Incinerate lmao. Owl does deal considerably less damage though, so consider Diev mainly for utility purposes.

I would like to use it as my main. Maybe diev3 > miko > inq is better?
Honestly, I think it is still good. It provides support and damage.
