It has been reported multiple times in multiple threads, still no fix, the same stuff happens when some abilities are used on the Inquisitor’s Wheel (Divine Machine Arrow and Timed Bomb Arrow for example).
In your case it’s probably Circling+Homing Arrow causing the instance to crash.

We have been receiving some reports regarding ET disconnection issues and are currently working on it.
Btw, have you received the error message for ‘InvalidSessionCode’ when entering a lodge or accommodation after DC ?
If you have that before, please inform to us time,date, and channel when your problem occurred with error message.
