I dont think it’s ping related, i’ve seen people with 20 ping complaining of the same delay, it’s too long to be latency, and the delay happens AFTER using the skill, latency delay is before.

This is certainly ping based.
Not sure where you are from, but if youre in SEA or EU, better wait for the servers to be moved.
I always talk about that on the topics. Delay of the Highlander skills to another is tooo high!!!
