I really don’t get how you can be so shifty and say you paid for the game and therefore deserve own server.
You knew there was only NA servers when you bought the game, and it has never been promised that there would be regional servers.
Now, EU gets a temporary one until they can actually move to a EU server, and my guess is they did that because they looked at the data and saw that the EU player base is about 25% if not more. It is a financial decision, it is not driven by anything else.
+1 for OCE server.
I bought this game knowing about the NA only servers, and am currently enjoying the game on an NA server. It lags, and I expected that.
Seeing EU server announcement gives me hope that an OCE server may be setup in the future.
Until then I will continue to play at high ping, because I bought the game to play with my friends and have some fun. No complaints, just hopeful patience 
Even a US west server is fine so it benefits OCE/SEA
