Brazil is not a race as it was pointed out multiple times, he isnāt saying that heās race is superior or that Brazilās inferior either, heās not even being aggressive he is just pointing out facts about the āmajorityā the whole time, meaning there is a big percentage of people that fit his description and a few that can integrate, fit in with the rest and play nice.

The reason certain games are region locked have more to deal with money and exclusivity rights than actual player complaints and xenophobia.
Why is Japan not allowed to play international TOS? Because they have plans to either sell the rights or have another branch deal with regional considerations, etc. Very rarely is it something like āThe Chinese KS too muchā.
In addition, if you think KSing is a BR only related issue, itās not. Iām KSed all the time on Kapedia. But one would expect all this KS, with the mob density so low.
All that being said, no idea why itās not region locked because there is supposedly a BR version coming out. Perhaps they realized they can cash in on an early access to garner two waves of money from both the NA early access and then a second official BR release knowing how deep the RO nostalgia runs through the Brazilian community veins.

No the offical trade language is english actually so english is the world language to learn if you want to be able to do business and trade with many countries due to how the world economy works.
