I have already opened 3 tickets on the subject and nothing to be solved … To this day I do not receive the email to link the account and so few emails from Tree fo Savior.

I haI haven’t even gotten the old box even though my email address is linked and now there’s a new box?

I have already submit 4 tickets to solve my problem! Can you please check it? I’ve logged in with mt gmail account in the forum and LINKED my acccount with it BUT my steam account is an yahoo mail, therefore, I do not receive the damn emails. SINCE THE FIRST BOX, I’ve asked to send another email to MY YAHOO EMAIL SO I CAN LINK MY ACCOUNT RIGHT!!!

The email is: deboracascaes@yahoo.com.br (THIS IS ALSO MY STEAM AND FACEBOOK ACCOUNT EMAIL)

The one I’ve been using to post and submit tickets is: dreamyangel88@gmail.com

BECAUSE, everytime I try to log in with the facebook account it says: check you facebook email BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY EMAIL ANYWHERE, not even in the SPAM.

Its not hard. Whats up with the support here seriously???

I hope you can do something about it cause im tired of submiting tickets and only get: we have sent your case to the responsable…

Same with many peeps here, i also signed in using fb which is then linked to a hotmail email.

i didn’t get the first one either. The only IMC related email i got was from the friend invite one.

u must linked your email and your account steam, then check at spam box

Thanks guys… I’ve received the email ON THE WRONG MAILBOX AGAIN! :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

And I DID switch to the correct email address so this should not happen… basically the emails are sent from a static list that has probably be entered into Excel or something and is not updated, so everyone that has the same issue as I do won’t probably get the gift again.

And why the hell do you need to use the stupid email from Google account instead of sending directly to the email address from the Steam account?

I got the mail and redeem the gift but it never exist in my lodge :sob: Am I the only one who suffer that? I provide screenshot in my ticket for verification hope the GM can look into it :sob:

I wanted to know if I have to open a ticket to receive mine, because I imagine they are giving something good and I do not receive … do I have to send a ticket?

I always prefer to inform my E-mail instead of waiting for a miracle =/
