I have played most the game solo on my wiz. Honestly, all classes can do just as well if played to their strengths. Clerics can heal so they have that goign for them, swordies can take a lot of hits, archers can constantly move while attackign keeping them from getting hit much, and wiz can pump out some great damage. All have their weaknesses too of course. Clerics aren’t as fast at killing and can’t hit flyign enemies with their attacks, swords are more basic attack as they run through sp fast. Archers can’t take much damage and also drain through sp with their more powerful attacks, and wiz is almost pure skill damage, so again they drain through sp. You should be making enough money as you go through to constantly have pots though. One of the biggest downsides I have had on my sword was the repairs, tend to take blows a lot more with them so my equips break a lot.
