Prices aside, the region lock feels really unnecessary. I’m playing with a group of friends that is half european half american. So we decided to settle for Kleipeda as server. Now with this kind of system, the european half is screwed if we want TP or tokens. Good job, well thought-out plan for sales as well as a happy playerbase.
has noone asked why beginners pack comes with those potions that will overheal anyone pre lvl 100+ and are a long ways from being a Beginner. those potions need to be in veterans pack at least.
The think is not a price. The thing is they just don’t give a ■■■■ about players. It looks like slap in the face of all community. According to their job (Don’t do anything to fix a bugs, lags)
It’s less about complaining & more about knowing the value of a dollar in comparison to other MMORPG’s. The beginners pack alone is double the subscription/premium fee that a majority of other MMORPG’s have & it gives you less than what those other MMO’s do. Granted, it is a one time purchase but it has become almost a standard that one time purchase packs are used as bait to make people spend a few dollars. Since the value of them are usually " too good to be true " . This is far from the case with these packs. When you actually break down the beginners pack, the value of TP is barely lower than if you was to straight out buy TP & purchase the items yourself. So in the end, it’s not a deal at all really. If you have money to throw away, go for it. I would rather spend it on a two month subscription to another MMORPG that offers a lot more for the money.
I think the bundles are okay but it is true, they are targeting those who have the money in their pockets… or those who deem the bundles are worth. I certainly want more enchant scrolls for one, and the dungeon resets.
Hey, for those who are complaining about these prices… welcome to F2P guys.
That’s why they went to this route because they get more money than being a subscription based model. And yes, there are a lot of people who buys these pack.
Relax, its a supersimple marketing trick.
Set a high price for nothing.
Do it x2 for superhighprice. Some losers will buy anyway.
Later announce 50% sale and rest of ppl will buy for just a high price.
so just wait
My character is fuked forever then
30$ is wayyyyyyyyy overpriced and I only want the tp so I can buy reset pot
IMC WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?
You realize people have been starving for TP and complaining they want TP. The only problem is the ones that are complaining on the forums tend to be poor AF and won’t buy anything that’s above $10. So lets cry crocodile tears for these people.
IMO it’s a genius marketing ploy; you put tp in 1 just enough so you can’t buy a token and put a token and valuables in another but no TP.

They are pushing sales, just like the pushed on early access, yes, the EXACT SAME THING, now, turns out they’re pushing towards the F2P release, then, after sometime, I don’t know when, they’ll “normalize” this #####, HOPEFULLY, but yea, they’re making a lot of profit out of it, I mean, some games are generous and helps the community with more quality of life, others are just mercenaries, in the end, all companies wants money, as long they keep their players “enjoying” the game, very good for them, for me, I’m on the middle ground, trying to understand if I enjoy it or hate it, but, I’ve made my point, they’re just pushing sales but I expect the game will carry on normally after that, if it starts to become P2W (which is not far) I’ll just leave for good, but yea… it still feels good to me because I started at early access and made my way through, but I feel really sorry for F2P starters, I can’t imagine their struggle right now, probably because IMC is not targeting them AT ALL. They’re smart, that’s for sure.
IF their target is the f2p community, then how will they get profits from them? Since none of them are wiling to put money down haha
I think you’re right, maybe they’re targeting F2P starters that are willing to “invest” on the packs, probably that won’t affect as much people that already began at the early access, I probably misunderstood the strategy around their packs, but I think that’s right, after a few weeks/months, I bet the TP sales will be different, just hoping, because, dealing with the current facts is hurtful.

According to what IMC said, 100TP = $9
- Beginner’s pack -
190TP = $17.1
15 day token = 99TP = $8.91
Soul crystal x15 = 48TP = $4.32
Wrap scroll x15 = 36TP = $3.24
Megaphone x15 = 12TP = $1.08
HP / SP potion = meh…
TOTAL $34.65
Steam price $29.99
- Veteran Pack -
30day token = 198TP = $17.82
10 enchant scroll x4= 256TP = $23.04
Dungeon reset x5 = ~30 talt = 150k silver = ~1/4 token = 49.5TP = $4.455
TOTAL = $40.86 + RESET
Estimated TOTAL = $45.315
Steam price $34.99
P.S If you consider all the wrap scroll, soul stone etc that you can easy accumulate with free TP daily, the beginners pack only comes to $26.01
But as veteran who have ample amount of token time or still have stocks, what we need now is TP and not token. Just a waste to buy that VP tbh.
Conversions are wrong.
Soul Crystal = 4 tp or 32tp for 10
Warp Scroll = 2 tp or 16tp for 10
Megaphone = 1tp or 8tp for 10
Yes as Veteran in want only the TP from the Beginner Pack
and the Dungeon Reset Voucher from the Veteran Pack.
Both for 18,99€ Deal.
Aren’t those 3 items; Soul Crystal, Warp Scroll, Megaphone, counted as non-TP items? You can get many of them daily from free TP.
That’s true; however some might be inclined to purchase them, again I’m not defending IMC at all here. I’m just putting things logically and straight forward with facts. I don’t get emotionally involved.
What an awful letdown, oh well. At least Overwatch can have my money now.
