Banned for no reason

Hi there, so I’ve received this notification:

The thing is, before that happened I was just minding my own business doing Missions and Saluus instances. Admittedly, I did open boxes, EXP Tomes and Cookies WITHOUT KNOWING THAT THE CHANNEL CRASHES ARE STILL HAPPENING (and I only open them once, AND NO MYSTIC BOXES WERE INVOLVED).

I’ve already sent in a ticket because I feel this ban is unjustified. I planned to keep quiet and wait till it gets resolved but 2 days later I did not receive any updates, thus forcing my hand.

What the heck is going on???

well cookies are on this polemic too? I use every cookie I get, I have more than 30 so I have no ideia from where it come from. Actually, even the boxes from dg I acumulate before open it, so I never see number, or the value of what I get.
My first arde daguer I got it for more than a month on the personal storage before discover her value haha

Sigh, this is embarrassing.

Turns out having the wrong settings in WTFast can cause the above issue to happen. Which is weird because I was using the same settings before the ban hammering.
