Banned for no reason at all

Not even once in your whole entire life? My goodness what an example. We could all learn something from this man.

Don’t think IMC will ban without giving any reason. It is always due to something. When you log in there should be a message saying why ā€œthe reasonā€ you can’t log in.

Mind sharing that message with us?

This isn’t the case. It just says you can’t connect ā€œdue to a maintenance or some other reasonā€

Icic, hope IMC can do more to the generic dialog box message to display more information. If I remember correctly, the message also contain a message which ask the player to drop them a ticket. They will probably state the reason why OP is banned.

LOL

THAT GAME…

RIP TO BLESS ONLINE… I HEARD AERIAGAMES WOULD BE THE PUBLISHER FOR NA/EU…

OMFG… Endurance… I wonder if that’s how I got that false ban from Eden Eternal… I remember people saying that they did this back then I just didn’t know for sure.

After seeing this happening in another of Aeria Games I’m positive that I was banned for that very reason… how absurd and ridiculous.

they’ve been doing it for years, that random ban for billing inactivity… lost two accounts, looked up google and noticed several other people are getting banned for the same thing

It’s kinda a tragedy that companies like this can get away with these criminal business practices and people still flock to the games they publish. If people were actually sane, this publisher would be gone already but nope, it’s still going strong and still stealing potentially good games and destroying them.

Never hearda Aura Kingdom or Bless and probably shouldn’t care. Although I disliked and avoided Aeria Games ever since I played that awful Dynasty Warriors Online game that got canceled. :frowning: pffft needing RL money to repair weapons or they permabreak and horrible server lag. Also Shin Megami Online which died too. XD

And that’s why I think IMC is doing a good (okay, let’s say above average) job, because I know much worse.

If you don’t contact them, then you won’t even know why you are banned, so you can’t tell if it was for no reason either.

If it’s the first time you tried to play this week, I assume you were banned for using add-ons.

I played aura kingdom and Eden eternal a lot in both of their ā€œprimesā€ and I was a bit of whale back then too for F2P MMOs, I do not remember ever being banned during long periods of no micro transactions made…that just seems silly.

Got another reason why I would be falsely banned and appeals ignored?

I’m all ears. Aeria Games is garbage.

Holy Ship! Bless will go to Aeria?! :sob:

Please don’t be true!

Melon, keep your Dark Side hidden please lol.

Yes. Soul Worker being confirmed for Gameforge will have a fairly similar fate too. Which is a damn shame, spectacle anime MMOs are hard to come by but they all end up being cash cows P2W messes.

Also Bless looked gorgeous but I’ve seen the fighting system and it looks atrocious. Aeria is just a double stake right in the chest.

You weren’t falsely banned? You did something to deserve it?

Yeah 5 years after the incident I’m marching an anti-Aeria Games campaign on the most irrelevant forum on the internet. You got me.

There’s no way Aeria Games would EVER falsely ban people simply because it, ā€œNever happened to youā€. Boy do I feel stupid now! Never thought you would find out the truth!
