If i go to a free restaurant, order food, my food is ugly, the service is bad. Next day i do the same, my food is cold, the service still bad, next day again, my food still sh1t, service still bad. I’ll not keep going waiting for get better food and/or service. I’ll not crying to manager for geting better food, or service, i’ll not claim “i give you a lot of tips, i deserve better service”
At most F2P games players spect for gms act like Blizzard. I quit from ToS like 6 months ago for a lot of reasons you know, and i’m not blame IMC at all, they can make their game as they want, same for his service, if i don’t like it, i’m not forced to play it. I don’t have anything good to say about him too.

You’re wrong on this one though…
Problem is: Just because you think the game it’s ■■■■ because it’s buggy doesn’t necessarily means that everyone thinks the same, I still enjoy the game regardless of the bugs, griefers, abusers and etc.
As silly this may sounds, the fact that they’re seeking and trying to punish said abusers/cheaters is still very comforting, at least for me.
And compensating said cheaters for abusing bugs and what not is really stupid and it’s not gonna improve the game in any way. In fact, they (IMC) should be have a more authotarian policy in both forums and in game.

They now the players are droping and droping, but not take actions again cheaters/buggers make’ll drop even faster. Vaca say a true about this, they take action (and not allwasy, but commonly) again cheaters only if lot of people raid them on ToF.

we might have different approach/mindset, but we all just wanna play a good game.
a programmer that play TOS , able to read .ipf n make custom addon/bot/hook with or without sharing to the public ← this is a cheater and should be ipbanned
a non-programmer player that found a certain loophole in the game by a specific interaction, then use it for own benefit ← this is a gitgud/abuse, item/progress/reward wipe should be enough
a player/account caught in Real Money Transaction ← this should be banned for X days.
nonetheless, this thread is pretty much resolved, staff is certain n determined in their decision.

Hmm… I think that’s a little too soft but might depend on the situation, he could’ve simply dupped a metric fuckton of items and sold it right away, damaging a bit the economy, and besides, if theres no risk of ban, doesn’t matter the length, what will garantee that those same people won’t do that again?
Agreeable though should be more like:
RMT1 = 1 week ban and 1 week of market restrictions.
RMT2 = 2 weeks ban and 2 weeks of market restrictions.
RMT3 = 3 weeks ban and 3 weeks of market restrictions.
RMT4 = Perma banned.

Conclusion
According to IMC’s logic
- Anyone intentionally/unintentionally/accidentally activated a bug can be considered bug abuse and can result in immediate ban without prior notice.
- In case you found a game bug, you should reproducing the bug with video evidence without abusing the bug. Genius.
- Reproducing bug more than once to provide more information is considered bug abuse. Make sure you can obtain/provide sufficient evidence in one try, otherwise you should give up before too late.
- Even if a player is not abusing bugs, he should still play like what the IMC’s developer expect otherwise that can result in immediate ban.
- Although no where mentioned/defined what is considered bug, players must know what is bugged because according to IMC’s common sense,
- Not “my” fault. It is not IMC’s fault when game bugs are unintentionally added by IMC, but unintentionally using a bug is bug abuse.
- If you pick up a coin, you should hand it to the police. Game bugs are there to be found by players but the player should should somehow know it is a bug and not use it and should report it to IMC and let IMC fix it.
- Watch your back when stabbing others. When reporting bugs, make sure there is no other game bug in the video other than the bug you are reporting because you risk getting banned for abusing other bugs.

This is a reality of what is happening here. And the most frustrating thing is that people do not see it. Toxic players will simply say that the player intentionally abuses, neither does he know what is really happening, or simply does not like those people reporting the bug, and it is more interesting to create chaos in the community by confusing people by speaking and accusing things Random in the context of the discussion. In attempting to report errors in the game (which are many mistakes in this crap game and still do not know why I keep playing this) all were victims as we can see throughout the above discussion. The great villain of history is the IMC itself and its new staff interns who took ridiculous measures. The game does not fix their ■■■■■■■ mistakes and we as we can see we can not inform them of the mistakes so that we do not get banned.

I find it hilarious that some players are happy that bans are being handed out for a stupid bug abuse caused by macaroni code.
Nobody seems to remember the time it took IMC fking forever to ban the “billionaire trio bots momohime snowdance and *****”. 3 months of multiple players posting hard evidence of botting. Does anyone remember the rage quit many players had over the lack of bans on bots? And guess what, players stopped reporting bots because it was a lost cause…And a good chunk of them quit.

One year later after the player population has died off, they decide to do some RNG bans to make a few folks happy. We should all petition for all players who too advantage of broken coding in the past to be banned. That should clean up the player base to about…666 players at max?
Blind knight is the only way to describe some folks here thinking IMC has made improvements.
New content to farm is not an improvement in this buggy game, but do feel free to throw money at IMC if you enjoy dressing up your dolls…
P.S. Snow Rolling has always been a buggy skill. Never fixed despite tickets and threads being opened. I play cryo3 and I’ve gotten stuck in nether space on regular maps.

@STAFF_Letitia This is the thing. The problem here is not the ban per se, it is the way we as players perceived the way you as a company handled this issue.
The problem is day after day you lose more credibility. We only ask you to be more transparent, and less secretive on your management!
All this drama could be avoided with a warning and a serious investigation about the bugs used on this particular case. You could have made an announcement about how the bug is not allowed to use and try to fix it as soon as possible.
You should’ve done the same with the snowrolling bug, acknowledge it and work on it fast as it is game breaking on pvp gameplay.
Abusers should be banned, of course but once again, if you handle things the wrong way everyone will think that you are not competent.
We all love this game, we all want for it to get better, and it all depends on you

I suggested this legitimately about three months ago. Are we there yet? Nope, we got to hit absolute rock bottom first by trusting the Staff’s decisions instead of doing simple things like apologize and correcting things.
Actually I take that back. Staff Max just needs to update and edit his pinned post sorry. They really need to get their crap together with this support ticket system and Staff/GM interactions though and how to handle problems properly.

Which GM the ones in game or the ticket people? That is how confusing and silly it is that you have to specify because this staff is not that one and GM could be different too.
Whats even more funny is if you think about every time they say our suggestions or problems are passed on somewhere yet they are not even cordinated or centralized enough to be in direct contact of each other coming out with the same responses.
