Interesting thought process. So because other people abuse bugs means it’s okay for you to do it too? 
Also look, I’ve never played against you so I can only judge by this clustertruck of a thread and the consensus is that you’ve done this multiple times? Not just once or twice even, so which is it?
I’m just giving my opinion and from the looks of it you got banned like Kripparian did in Gw2 for abusing a bug once that many other people abused multiple times. I mean, In the end IMC can do whatever they want really, you don’t own your account or character so it’s their right to ban you if they deem necessary.
In the end this thread should just be locked and the other player unbanned.

The staff don’t play the game so they don’t have any notion of what happens in iToS arena (or the game).
IMC should fix the game and the bugs and be more transparent when banning players.

Everyone seems to forget that @STAFF_Letitia said that they investigated the issue and both @VacaOverpower and @xMarleyx weren’t taking any damage so they banned them.
We know Vaca was using (abusing) a bug, but we also know that his partner wasn’t doing the same, in fact he was on the reporting side.
So, if his partner wasn’t doing anything shady and still got banned with the same investigation and criteria used against vaca, you have to conclude that said investigation has 0 credibility!
I’m not taking sides here, i’m just amazed of this whole thing

yep. @xMarleyx bann was the beggining of the whole frustration on this topic.
Vaca is both on the good and bad here imo.
Sure he used the bug multiple times in TBL, but doing so he got details to confirm that it is a bug.
Considering IMC will be taking months just to confirm this bug themselves(it could possibly be not be reproduced in the other servers, iTOS not having a test-server for such).
Bug found>Report bug>Test to confirm>Fix bug
IMC saved some time by just going to last step putting it on the ‘to fix list’(unless dev guys goes and says ‘it’s working as intended’ again, kek).
Ofc going back to the first point, he still used(tested) a bug in TBL multiple times, like it or not still counts as a offense.

It’s an IMC bug.
It’s IMCs fault for providing game full of buggy skills.

Snow Rolling bug has been around since the CryoMaster has been in the game. It’s an old bug, why IMC is banning people for it now is laughable.
Is that IMC’s sublimal message to tell players to stop playing with burning twigs on their trees because they will get burned?
Can PvP be reduced to no equipment and bare fists yet?

So you are saying that people who abused crash commands, duplicated items, hook64 and all such are fine and shouldn’t be banned just because the one who coded it is IMC and they should be the only responsible for any vulnerability or bug?

Man, this topic is so sad.
There are some people on Silute who have a lot of Money and transcend on their gears, but most of them transcend only weapon and gloves, not shield and other gear. It is common to have people with Nuaele and other stuff to get high defense/magic defense. Like Di3rn there, who also is a murmillo and takes 1 damage from stuff( If i remember well ). Only geared people are capable of damaging Vaca due to the damage calc, and i can hit him with my Flesh Cannon/Hoop, but magic missile and other stuff does only 1 damage. Hell, the damage formula is so broken after a certain point, that SoX killed himself to my Subzero Shield’s reflect with 2 skills, and vaca was there to see it.
The point is : He can’t be banned for having gears/game mechanics, otherwise other people should be banned as well, and this only shows how huge is the gap beetween rich/hardcore players and casuals/people who don’t farm the game and stays there doing nothing,while other people progresses faster and farms faster than them.
Vaca takes 1 damage because of his high defenses.
Snowrolling is a very usefull skill on PvP and it’s hard to NOT use it, since its a great cc and takes people out of SZ/CS and bring to your team. I had to stop playing cryo3 because both Snowrolling and Icewall were glitching the game, and i need to use them, but everytime they glitch and make pvp not so fun. It’s hard to not use it and we have to hope people don’t glitch to it, unless you can prove he snowrolled on purpose to glitch people, which is dificult to prove, since its part of some combos.
And he wasnt even judged for using Riding glitch (which she shouldnt have done if he were a nice guy)
.So, he has gear/transcend, takes 1 damage to lowbies and gets banned for it.

If he were to be banned, ban him for something bad e has done. He can be annoying, maybe toxic, but ban him for something right, not for game mechanic LOL. Oh, on another note : bad quality vídeos can’t see ■■■■, i had to base myself on pixels moviments to see vaca taking damage and regening right after.
The saddest part of it all, is that he really is too lazy to carry a game as a necro, as i used to, and tend to trash talk and blame teammates and give up on some matchs, when he could clearly solo people by making good use of his skills.

IMC not doing anything has led them to the state of the game it is now.
Them trying to hotfix the damage done is laughable at best.
In the end, IMC is responsible for the mayhem caused by their own macaroni and moldy cheese coding.

The point was never for having high defenses, that is only what VacaOverpower was claiming to then start pointing fingers at Snowrolling to confuse people and misdirect the blame. It’s for taking no damage, either because Riding or staffs confused for Snowrolling, but given that there are videos of him abusing the same bug (Riding) on another match and the same thing happened, I can only think the ban was about forcing himself to desync to prevent damage.

You don’t see any notable bug fixes in the past 3 months unless it’s channel/server crash related prior to the latest patch.
They started this whole bugged game fiasco after all, and you only see proper actions when thing go deep south for them.
Which makes Hookman’s crashes look like some Anti-hero that makes IMC do what they should’ve done ages ago.

You need to prove that he was taking no damage after riding the summon, that bad quality video can’t prove anything because we can barely see the numbers. Also he posted screenshots of his hp. So he has more proof than you, lol. Unless someone can prove that he took no damage for being on the summon, it’s just his high defenses and hp regen.
