Stuff like this though is why people don’t respect it. You banned both parties based off videos making it seem like Staff and the developers are extremely out of touch with reality. There wasnt even an attempt to do something like I said having both parties login to test and recreate the bug in a controlled environment. When you are banning off pure heresay through videos and nothing solid how are people supposed to respect that?
I understand the attempts to ask player opinions on things like Max’s thread but this was handled extremely poorly. These calls absolutely do not reinforce already negative player opinions of how this company runs things and some consideration might be needed on future incidents if you are trying to build healthy relationships with players.
