Saw that post on Reddit. Not home myself and able to check this out yet, some people say they received it, others didn’t. Not sure if it’s a hoax post or not since I’ve heard nothing here but figured I’d check and see if anyone else has received any sort of attendance reward after the patch today?
Apparently, you can get 10m from it and it announces such to the server. I don’t think it is an official event, because there was no mention of it. It was most likely accidentally included with the patch, or perhaps during a hot fix.
Oh wow, that’s crazy. I want to believe that now that it’s there, they will fix it and make sure everyone gets a shot at it. But considering how they usually manage things like these, my guess is, the people who got the event will get to keep whatever rewards they have and they’ll do a hotfix to take the event out completely.

got a bag,inside a bag was 100 hp,100 sp highly condensed and a silver lottery chest.
i rolled just 10k silver on the chest =[

but that event is bugged as ■■■■…
not everyone is getting that box. You should get it after 1hour of play time.
But majority of people don’t get it at all. 1,5h+ and I didn’t got it also.
“good” job IMC… also if it’s true that the hacker/cheater got that 10 milions then is also quite big bullshit toward those that didn’t got that box at all
How does the box get triggered? Do you have to stay in the same map and channel for 1hr?
No longer applicable now. That was between the end of the Tuesday maintenance and the emergency maintenance a few hours after.
Why are you so sure of this? People seem to be still opening things now, unless they just held onto it from between those periods…Kinda screwed up if this is true, considering some people got a huge bonus from it (5 or 10 million silver a pop)
I can confirm that this is, indeed, still going on. I never got one earlier, but I just now got it. When I was hunting Anchor earlier, it never popped up; I thought I was doing this till my pardoner buffs timed out, but I may have been off on the time. Then I was waiting in Klaipeda for well over an hour, nothing happened. I said screw it and did dungeon queues, mercenary missions, etc. Then I was bored and was hunting for an item in Gele Plateau and the message popped up. Screenshot included, it also displays a red message on the screen, but I was not quick enough to capture it.

Is the event across all servers? Never got any box at all…
To get a rough idea of how long I was hunting/killing things, that Sacrament buff on me was refreshed before I left town, and it has 50 minutes remaining. I think you have to be actively killing things to get it to show up. I might have gotten it faster if I blew everything up, but I was just hunting a specific monster, so I didn’t do that and can’t say if it would even help; just a suspicion. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the tips, I’ve been pretty active this whole time. Did 3 full dungeon runs, did the hunting event quest, been doing regula quests and grinding, nothing is triggering it 
I wonder if it’s a level cap because this has all been on an alt, hoping to just leave my lvl 242 afk overnight and have it pop up.
