I was thinking about this build too. Maybe QS instead of archer2 to get more utility with Deploy Pavise and Scatter Caltrops.
Which class for R8 please? Scout 2 or Hackapell?

you could go QS, although sapper would be better, and for rank8, hackapalle would be better

The fact is iā€™m looking for a melee assassin type class not ranged or iā€™d prefered ranged burst class iā€™d go mage class.

Actually archers have more burst variety builds than mages in the current lategame, with the exemption of Wiz3>Linker>X>FF/Necro, mages in general are either supportCC(Cryo,Kino,Chrono) or DPS DOT(Pyro,Elememe) :kissing:

Yea well shield assassin is really weird xD i think iā€™m gonna weigh the pros and cons of rogue and shinobi spec and decide. I think sniper type classes and shield assassin are definitely nor for me :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, you either yield to the archerā€™s Scout>Rogue3 despite itā€™s lackluster lategame route or go:
-SpearmanPirateNinjaGladiator
-ShieldlordNinjaGladiator
tbqh, the game doesnā€™t really offer what youā€™re looking for but eitherways, goodluck on whatever class tree and build choice you make.

closts thing to assasin is scout>rogue, that does bad dmg and isnt fully melee

and shinobi isnt even related to assasin at all, it just has stealth which is why people associate it with assasin, i mean cleric has stealth too, but it isnt assasinā€¦

but overall, i wouldnt go assasin, just choose somethign else, only class close to assasin is scout>rogue, which uses bows so theres really no assasin class for u.

u might just want a melee dps class then, swordsman or cleric
