Yes, I thought it was ping problem initially until I noticed I also cannot spam grind cutter on my hackapelle anymore.
I wonder if there was a ninja patch for melee skills … I checked my ping too and it’s decent… but since I can spam corsair and shinobi kunai looks like it only affected certain skills
