Magic Amplification only affects offensive spells. if you use Heals for damage, Magic Amp can increase the damage.

So if i wear [Animus] all the hp recovery that i get from raw con will be 0?

All your HP Recovery will be 0.
The HP Recovery row on F1 would be gone.
