What’s that have to do with getting loot?
It seems it does not cause i have not gotten a cube a second time now.
Then go to the bug section and record it, because I have gotten cubes when I didn’t even touch the boss because I died to the first spell, came back and had a cube.
I would say… proofs please. I play as a cleric myself and loot hops into my pocket just fine.
If you want us to take you seriously you should start from a topic in a bug section with video showing loot before and after lets say an hour of grind, for you and your dps friend.
I have never seen this happen, i’v done a ton of mission and ran most dungeon up to level 190 and the boss alway dropped 5 cubes and everybody got one.
No, a good healer is someone that you never even know about until after the dungeon.
You say things like “wow i never even noticed my health drop or dots doing damage”. That means that someone had great reaction time, proper knowledge of their abilities, cds and cast times and made sure that there were never any moments where things could get dicey.
Ive been a end game raider for a few games and have healed a good amount. WoW back in the day was probably the best progression wise (( since other MMOs were kind of flakey on support classes and tended to die off))
This game honestly doesnt need as much support as you think it does. While yes you DO want to run support and they SHOULD get items for their contribution you arent really forced to hold so many spots open for heal/support as you do other games. The most important thing in this game is awareness. As with all raids this game has mechanics. Not doing said mechanics can get you killed. Now with certain builds you can somewhat ignore some while others need to always be on top and can never make a mistake. BUT I would say that probably 98% of all damage is avoidable if you know the enemy’s abilities and can react to the raid environment. That could be a reason why they value support less, because its not as needed. But this is not a seal of approval for any reason to justify people not getting what they earned.
I will probably make another thread about this but This game is great for everything EXCEPT when it comes to items and trade. When it has ANYTHING to do with money this company is utter tier garbage and should outsource that to probably ANY other company. Not even EA or Ubisoft does ■■■■ like this. Its disgusting. So hopefully after the month they will have this rectified and allow either trading to be worth a ■■■■ or people are able to get the things they need when they put time and effort into it.
This game is great but its main issue is how greedy and retarded the company is when it comes to handling anything that can remotely deal with money. I think they are blaming goldsellers just to scapegoat while they try to wring you for another dollar.
If they correct this ■■■■ then the game will be nothing but worthy of praise.
Personally, out of all the dungeons I have run I have never run one where not everyone got a cube.
However, if you click the ‘Support’ button a pop-up comes up showing known issues that they are working on fixing and among them is ‘loot distribution’. So they know about and are working on the problem, give them time. They have about 9,001 things to fix right now and they can’t do them all at the same time.
Arguing the current system is sht when it’s a known bug.
I don’t get what’s the point of this discussion.
Edit: You can rage on how slow IMC is on fixing bug. But please, learn to rant correctly.
Its fine just find a nice party that is willing to share so they can trad…oh never mind.
You cant have a loot distribution bug that measures dps and favors higher numbers with more drops. You need an elaborate script to do that, thus instead of a bug, we are talking about a fully intentional feature.
Loot distribution such as random or round robin would be as simple as **** to write otherwise.
Its like implying that they intended the game to be originally 4 classes altogether, the rest of the classes are just bugs which added them self to the code somehow.
But really… whatever.
Didn’t know about this function. Thanks ;o
BTW to everyone else, Julie has also replied in my bug report about loot distribution and said it will be examined and fixed (idk about OP’s particular problem with cubes)
Round robin and random is bugged. They are using normal distribution even when you select them.
It’s working as intended during icbt2.
Normal distribution is understandable when you are helping a leecher.
“The highest dps players get 2-3 cubes, and those who did not do enough dps in the game’s opinion can enjoy a ■■■■.”
Do you even play the game?
Do you even read threads or just toss in a random knee jerk reaction? Oh wait… we already know.
All those threads say that party loot distribution is bugged during out of dungeon grinding.
Boss drops are not affected by that mechanic so your claims are hardly believable without a video proof.

Because the game awards the kill credit to players who dealt the most damage to the mob if you’re not in a party. This is to (somewhat) prevent kill stealing. If you’re all just solo players, then whoever killed the mob deserves the EXP and drops. I don’t think that’s unfair.
It’s just that once you’re in a party, you should all count as one unit, distributing all EXP and items as equally as possible. This feature is currently broken.
Yes this is how i feel and i play healer since DAoC.
It’s a known bug, it wasn’t like this in CBT1/2. The round robin and random loot distributions worked in those.
Can only wait for IMC to fix it at this stage unfortunately…
To begin with we would need/greed with trading disabled.
