F*** THIS, IF THIS COMES IâM OUT. No F******* negotiiation, I wonât accept this no matter what.
Thing is people will buy it and it will justify this practice which is detractor for many people. It is like how Tera once had no RNG costumes but they tried it once and saw they could make tons more money that way because of whales and stuff then now that is pretty much always what they do with lame costumes you can straight buy and the RNG is all the fancy ones.
This is an issue because it is pretty much changing up the whole costume portion of the game turning it into an RNG where you have to pray that you get the costume you want (and sometimes you wont even get a costume) or someone else gets it and puts it up for a price in your range (which from experience in TERA all the good costumes will have super high prices that only other whales could afford).
This is the main reason why this crap donât work well, it might work for kids tho, who are impatient and want to try anything, and when they get crap, they try again till they get what they wanted.
I donât know why companies donât try to take both worlds, GGG is a good example, they have lots of cosmetics and account utilities, i am all in for that kind of microtransaction, if they do that for ToS it would work wonders. They get good money and the clients are satisfied.
If the quests werenât so repetitive, it would be less boring, the amount of interesting quests is so few that we can count in one hand lol.
Their logic is really funny, add a random system, player try it out to try get what they want, expend 3-5x more than what they wanted in trying to get it, everyone is happy. lol
I have to disagree in part on that, its not we speaking here that will change it, its our actions in game, if they really add this crap in game, but only a few buy it, they will notice that this system wonât work in the western market. Everyone here know that they barely take notice in our suggestions in here, and when they do they do half-heatedly.
I will stop quoting here lol, it will become a long post again.
But the thing is, this shouldnât be applied here in all honesty, but hat only the results will decide in the actual implementation of the gacha system, unfortunately, many will probably use it, or at least enough to make IMC think it is worth have it.
My post got deleted under 20seconds.
Letâs just troll and shame them if they do this and flood their wolf knight as soon as it appear on steam.
why is your last quotes glitchy D: I did not say that Q.Q
From what I see is that,
The removed costume is moved to exchange tp shop and not included in the gacha, you need exchange points to buy those things
But yeah you still need gacha costumes to get the exchange point, meaning either you need to spend for the gacha, or buy gachaâs costume in market to exchange into points and buy those stuff
Correct me if Iâm wrong
IMC can always find a way to make my game even more interesting.
7% better than TOS.
im still waiting for a halloween thread
*sigh as the saying goesâŚ
Donât waste you time trying to explain who you are to people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
Is it? I only marked the main points made, it might be cut in a part tho.
On a side note, about what i said in the use of a new item/system for CS, this is a good example, i wonder if this sold well.
Why do this? Iâve spent 600 TP these last days, and here TP IS EXPENSIVE AS F*** ALREADY, what IF I HAD to pay for 600 TP and not even get what I want? I WOULD LITERALLY BURN THE SERVER
how many exchange points are costumes going to cost? if you know the values share them, even in pm
I think those should be public⌠Not a PM. Weâre going to see them eventually anyway.

:o weird I didnât say that lol.
I bought 9 Packs of 8X tome! it was nice for rushing 317 Cubes.
yeah and over 40% crapâŚ
Letâs face it, gaccha is probably the most inhumane treatment of a playerbase, followed by DLC.
Whatâs even worse is that there are consumable items in there.
If âyouâ(you = IMC) want people to actually spend money on gaccha, you have to do it right and put in other cash items with a higher value in TP than the price of the gaccha is, e.g. EXP tomes/Tokens (if you really want to put in consumeables) or, which would be better: hair styles, pet eggs, current TP shop costumes. Those things have a real worth and would actually result in players paying money for gaccha since it would not include crap.
After having gaccha in most MMORPGs, it made people outside of East Asia furious, because itâs such a cheap way to grob for money from the people who actually pay your wagesâŚ
God, you have nothing to lose anyway, since every single item you throw on the market is just some coded and painted 1s and 0s anyway, and it multiplies endlessly without any investment.
This is exactly why the gaccha system is shameless extortion in the current state on TOS, and why every player should actively boycott it if it gets introduced to ITOS in its current form. I rather give my money to the beggars than giving it to you for some virtual apples that give me cancer.
LOL, donât blame me, its the forum acting up, or maybe IMC trying to make us get in a fight.
gacha price = 30tp
1 hair accesories costume = 30 exchange point
not sure how much for other type of costume tho
With the exchange point do we get to choose any costume? (if we have the require amount of points for the costume). Or just trade in for another RNG cube?
Iâm not sure about that, since they didnât move costumes to exchange shop yet for ktos âŚso I dont know (maybe this week?)
from what I know âŚwe currently only could get these
if they move costume stuff in exchange shop, then is possible to buy those using exchange point right?
Oh and also no RNG cube in exchange shop
