Sadly this is common in almost every f2p game, so no suprise that IMC is following the trend.
Only upside is that the boxes seem to be cheaper than the costumes but you will most likely get screwed over by overpaying until you have what you want.
Furthermore the prices of costumes will increase as you can’t directly get what you want (which is both a pro and con depending wether you are the seller or buyer).
Luckily enough it’s just for costumes and they didn’t decide to introduce boxes for equipment/accessories… yet.

Buy whatever costume you might have wanted as long as you have the chance, because you most likely won’t get it otherwise.

it’s your behaviour that makes changes impossible, if we show IMC that we don’t like it a tiny bit they will at least notify it and maybe they will hear us out, they did hear us when we voted to have the game earlier and with a shorter premium only gametime!

I am very disappointed in IMC and the way they treat iTOS and their customers.

I love this game but I won’t spend money on it any longer.
The list of complains goes on and on. Instead of fixing the bugs and balance the classes, they think about such nonesense to milk money out of their customers. IMC clearly doesn’t seem to care about their own game - a balanced game.

There is no support for iTOS (Hey, I am still waiting for my 300 PvP Points Coin and some friends have given up on even trying any longer to get their bugged founder packs). And if one of the gms telling me now to write another damn support ticket, I am gonna break something…
I’ve played worse korean rng-money-milking games. Even those had more support than iTOS.

Times in the game industry may have changed a whole lot since I started playing mmo’s but this “trend” of money-milking and not caring about your own product makes me so damn unmotivated to support IMC any longer…
