Like i said before it only means its a hard drop. nothing more nothing less.

Drop rate is random. you can throw the dice constantly wrong no matter what rate.

It either drops or not and the next drop its the same thing again.

When did you get the boater? Was it within this week? I’ve farmed 83k infrorocktors so far and counting. Others have farmed 100k and still haven’t seen it so unless you guys got the boater a couple weeks/months ago, the current drop rate for the boater has to be bugged…

These guys with “600-1400 kills” looks really suspicious. They just transfer hats from bots most likely

It isn’t worth it for the bots to farm it. Bots are ALL about consistent silver, not chance silver. They farm dungeons because at worst they make ~ 30k a day off the runs.

They won’t dedicate their resources to farming the hat. I am at 44k kills

I have gotten about 60k in silver.
