My tp purchase was accidentally marked as fraud, I’ve sorted everything out and i would please like some help, I have spent alot of time and alot of money on this game and I can’t believe I might lose it all.

That seem really stupid even for ToS support…
Those auto answer, can be quite annoying, they could literally send this to anyone sending this type of ticket whiteout reading anything.
If you don’t lie, (In that case they should be able to see it if it true or not and then using the forum for that won’t change a thing if you lie about this being a mistake)
If it really was just a mistake.
That it already been fix with steam and everything else.
Then the support should be able to help you at this point…
You can even try to send out proof that it was just a mistake and that it been fix.
