He took Sorc to complement the sp regen for the krivis 3 which his only job is to keep that melstis going. He took necro to give the SR 100% damage from decay.
not sure if he’s overtrans player. asked him some time ago about his gear no reply yet.
AFAIK it’s sacrificial build, much like of their Kriv3 who went Priest2 at Rank8. wherein that pyro goes necro to amp their main DPS (SR) from the decay bonus amping +200% more damage on missiles.
if you recall my scout3 thread, we do run the same comp with Scout3 cannoneer, hitting at most 30-40k split shot due to decay.
but well, i don’t know anything here because i’m a clueless player 
edit1: who ever told you that Sorc was for SP regen is too damn retarded, melstis can be kept at max duration with sp pots (keistas), and necro does 200% bonus for missile (NOT 100% FFS you cluess bastard ) which is decay from pole + decay from shoggoth.

tbh even if they nerf agni i don’t think they’ll nerf agni that much, might reduce it to 200-250% which is still great with transcendence and sh1t
unless they completely shut it down to a ridiculous 50% or w/e
not sure how he reached that much damage though, since 400% increase means x4, and pyro’s base damage is very low for it to hit that much
what they should do for pyro if they nerf agni is to make the skill scaling just like cleric’s heals, where int would increase the base damage of the skills, making them a lot stronger multiplied with attributes
