3 dgs limit per day

no point in arguing with dumba sses

You are probably right but the way I see it, use logic the first time. If that doesnt even work to get them to sit down and create a dialog that has meaning, well chances are they are better off being ignored. I give people a chance but im not nice about it. Not when people start off with their garbage.

they just gotta work hard and buy gold

He is generally right that trying to combat something by saying ā€œbut it’s worse in x unrelated instanceā€ is strange at best.

I personally do think it is fairly realistic, if restrictions are still applied to dungeons within people’s level ranges. i.e. a level 250 can run 130 as many times as they want, but can only run 240 three times with token, etc.

  1. True, but this is part of the whole complaint about restrictions that many people are not fond of. Of course, some disagree, which is fine, but a discussion on it shouldn’t be brushed off simply because there’s a lot of issues.
  2. I don’t see exactly how? Is it the worry that value for items will go down more quickly? I’m having trouble understanding how that will add up to the…trade/market restriction?
  3. I’m guessing that our definitions of hardcore are a bit different. To me, people are still doing the same number of runs and working with the same rng, they just get to pick their schedule for it.
  4. Really boring mechanics to artificially extend a game’s endgame actually does result in players leaving. The low drop rates are already in place to do that, coupling it with the limited runs makes it too obvious of an attempt to hook people onto the whole mouse trap thing.
  5. PvP is currently closed beyond 1v1. I doubt anyone will quit simply because they went into a match and lost of their own volition. It is also not the player’s issue if a company is apparently so bad at balancing a large aspect of people’s gaming experience that it’ll cause them to…leave?

I can see how dungeons might lead to people not doing anything else, but the issue is, there is very little else right now to do. If I have no interest in, or all the areas are taken for grinding, all that’s left is grinding out collections and kill counts. which you usually do alone, and are mind-numbing. I actually enjoy it to some extent, but I can’t really say it’s ā€œfunā€.

Its an imbecile system? please… just try some fresh air in your life.

3 dungeons per day is a good system. It allows them to give high xp rewards and keeps the rare items rare.

First of all you were not pointing out an issue, all you were doing was insulting people (me) and not making a viable argument (borderline whining)

WoW is WoW simple as that, changing up a game forumla is not as easy as making html websites (which is the easiest of all)

I know we have a bot problem but do you really think letting them run as much dungeons as they want is also a good idea?

These so called dungeons are where you get gears to go do the endgame dungeons (which is not rewarding, if youd look at the items)

i have no idea why i have to change (because you get what you want?)

where did you get that from ā€œmr everyone else that doesnt agree with me is an idiotā€. (looking forward to your excuse)

YOU JUST MADE YOUR ARGUMENT REDUNDANT

idk where youre getting your numbers from when its still in early access (or was)

it will attract more = prices will drop making the endgame easier than what it should be (itll be another game fit for babies)

the question is why are you relying on dungeons for levels, its a nice boost but you still have to work hard for your levels as i did and most of the other people. no realistic end game thats a joke right? cough Earth towercough

youre still not making any viable points to change a whole game system.

lmao still with that attitude buddy? you also need to look at what youre talking about before judging others (spoiled brat)

That first part about IMC priority I can argue like this.

IMC like probably most other companies have teams or groups that are assigned to specific parts of the game. One being mechanics, other being servers and another could be customer relations. Now im sure there are far more groups/teams than this and im just simplifying. So saying that IMC just needs to focus on one part when they have a specific team for it isnt really correct. If they took off all their people and just sat them in front of a project…well you know what they say about too many cooks. The entire thing will end up getting backed up and muddled because you have a billion people working on it trying to fix it or add content or remove problems but everyone will end up getting in everyone elses way. It would be like 34 people all trying to make one burger. some people want mayo and ketchup. Some want it plain so they keep taking the stuff off. Another loves pepper and salt so this person keeps throwing that ā– ā– ā– ā–  on there while another keeps trying to change out the patty for a veggie version.

They can focus everything at once but its just their teams arent that adept.

altho this would be a good idea further in the game when MORE end game content is released (PvE wise) but right now its just too early for this and tbh way to selfish.

dungeons limitation is for each character, if you want to run more run/day create more chars
3mission and 3dg for my main and 3 mission for my alt already tire me out and don’t leave me much time to do quest or other things.

I wasnt at first…but now I am. You are retarded as all ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  hell.

Yes we have a bot problem, why punish the players. Thats like saying ā€œWell this person murdered someone…better punish the entire village and remove their gunsā€

All you are doing is basically saying ā€œthe game should limit peoples ability to access content, because of people who are abusing itā€.

Thats like DRM. Pirates get away with what they are doing and arent pestered at all and the honest customers get slammed with intrustive programming.

I use wow as an example because it works.

WoW and this game at this moment are p2p as of this exact date and time. Meaning that both games you have to pay to access.

WoW has little issues with bots doing…ANYTHING and you can run unlimited dungeons (there is a slight soft cooldown of like 10 dungeons per hour but dungeons take that long so you dont run into it unless you are power leveling), trade MONEY to anyone, unlimited posting on the auction house, send items to your own characters without ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  up your weapon (potential) or trade them to others, you can type in town chats without having to spend money on ā€œmegaphonesā€ which allows you one entry into the world chat.

See all of that. That is a game that allows you to do soooo much more. Here is the funny thing. WoW as of now…is ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  garbage. Its horrible. Its so casual and streamlined that playing it is just like playing a rail shooter with unlimited quarters.

So you have this game called WoW…that costs 15 dollars a month.

Ok now if memory serves me right the cost for a token would be about…oh 18 dollars USD. So I pay more money…to have less dungeon runs ( by a lot) not be able to trade money, i cant trade items and if i do it becomes untradeable and i used to need a token, I cant do a lot of things really.

So I pay more, for less. That is some how ok for you? Really? REALLY? Thats not ā€œchanging the formulaā€ thats ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  the players in the ass all in the name of crusading against people who use bots.

Tell me again how this is so great. Gee I love how i cant do what I can do in practically every other game and not even have to worry about it. Its like china made this game. The rulers of china made a game that was as restrictive as their goverment policies. Im surprised they havent roled out a thing to mirror their one child one family law.

ā€œOne account, one characterā€

Blow me you chode.

I understand your point of view. I also think this is an issue that players can and will deal with until things are sorted out, 3 runs is actually not bad for a normal playtime.

I don’t think it’s really selfish though, haha. Players want to enjoy an aspect of the game as much as they can. The limit is arbitrary. It might be self-centered if the removal would cause some massive, obvious issue though.

you should prolly cool your head your first sentence made your whole essay redundant.

Please refer to last line.

i think its best to wait for the wave of players, before suggesting this. i have experienced this first hand and it killed the game for long term players.

i appreciate that you are being level headed in this burning hot thread xD

unlike a certain person (lol)

Daily Routine:
3x 240 Dungeon - if you pull each room all together you Need ~15-20min

3x Siauli Mission - Depends on Team im lucky with a premade of Bosskillercombos - 6min each run (nasty 3 min waste of time~~)

2x Saalus Convent - depends on Mission but at least 15min each

That alone are atleast 2hours gametime with breaks inbetween and waiting for afkfappers etc.
Then you can fill your time with killing Dullahan & Marionette quite easy. Or even higher worldbosses depends on your lvl.
Additional to that clear 1-3 maps each day and you are filled with at least 5-6hours gametime.

I dont want to defend the restrictions but it’s rly not that hard. For me as a working Person it fullfills my freetime for gaming fully. Nolifestudents can still fill the rest of the time with raredroppfarming.

Please appreciate this 2-sentenced reply as to why we should keep a limit on dungeon runs. No need to spend your time arguing with multiple paragraphs. It only means you are not playing the game long enough.

30%? Considering the earlier XP reset ok yeah but you can obtain MUCH better by grinding.

How the hell it doesnt work in real life? Do you live in a dictatorship?

What in the actual ā– ā– ā– ā–
