I was being sarcastic. Of course I don’t advocate doing that. I know I’m responsible for the words I say, but I sure as hell am not responsible for how you interpret it as. 
You all got your wish anyway. It turns out the option to gift dlc was removed a day ago. So looks like ill be leveling my third 200+ all alone again. 
You could easily get around steam gifting a $9 item by using paypal instead.
That’s against terms of service though. I refuse to break something I agreed too. I will stick to the rules. Besides it takes a day per 5lv’s while slacking. 5 x 20 days on my current token means ill be lv 210 miminum before using cards.
