Doesn’t sound like you have an issue with the game and more an issue with getting into a dungeon. Not really the fault of the game when there aren’t 5 people that want to do the same dungeon, is it? And you can always manually search for people to party with. It requires some investment, but you can do it in less than 30 minutes.
