Bug Description :
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- logged in the game
- enter missions crystal mine and logged back out of crystal mine missions unable to kill the bosses
- couldn’t use skills due to hotkeys not working when i pressed them with my keyboard
- closed client and became unable to open the game patcher client anymore
- turned computer off and on 3 times and tried to open client nonestop but unable to go further than 0 % after hours of persisting.
6)uninstalled tree of saviors and installed again - patcher at 0 % Persisted, still unable to open client and play “tree of saviors”

Mainboard : after several attempts to fix the problem of hotkeys no longer working on my keyboard, i decided to turn the computer off and on, however after trying to open the client one more time [this all happened after i got inside and out of crystal mine missions] the patcher got stuck at 0 % and client never opened. i sent various support tickets and inquiries of forum but managed no further reading or finding related issues for help.
it’s been 24 hours unable to open tree of saviors online.
“steam>tree of saviors >files>properties>missing files updates : 28”
did this again and it said “missing files 18” open patcher again to fix issue.
After several attempts the Issue persisted.
What to do next ?
i uninstalled the game and installed it again after erasing all the files left over.
then i got this message 153615_001001 Failed to download files. This might be
a communication problem. please check your connection
and restart client. (784)
there was this game on steam called Paladins, i don’t know if ithas anything to do with this
but paladinsforced me to download a strange program. the strange thing is that now
every time i download with the patcher this new rectangular white window intervenes and after
it says it’s done loading the patcher comes back to say there are files missingevery single time.
-Hi-Rez Studios\HiRezGames <- - - i downloaded this program when i downloaded the game Paladins from Steam, i’m not sure this has anything to do with Breaking the patcher for tree of saviors.
